How do I lose weight when I'm hypoglycemic? I'm supposed to eat every 2 hours, and my body craves sugar and carbs (because of having low blood sugar). I've given up juice and soda, been sticking to water daily instead. I'm eating Multigrain Cheerios, low fat yogurt, carrots, apples, skim milk, fat free sherbert, Slim Fast...and I've only lost four pounds in 2 months. It's very frustrating. Suggestions? Recipes?

my two yr old has this. take ur daily calories divide by amount of wake hrs n divide by two. so awake 14 hr allowed 1400 eating ever two hrs u can have two hundred seven times day. pick whole grain n high protein.
greek yogurt n peices whole wheat toast
apple n peanut butter
granola bar, banana
protein shake
celery n cheese whiz
bean salad w cheese
whole wheat thin bagel n light cream cheese
u r not likely going to have a big dinner but thats is how ur body burns calories.
