at this moment, I gave up meat for Lent. But I will definitely add lentils, & eggs. @jonnythan: I really don't eat fast food. I started adding protein powder to my green smoothies. I try not to eat bread lol I need to add more lean meats, I have to wait til Easter. Thanks y'all for your comments....

I used to have high cholesterol. When I went to see my dr at the time I was 180 lbs (now 161lbs), my results came out good. You need to be careful with animal products, also eat lots of veggies. Eat plain oatmeal for breakfast, add cinnamon, real maple syrup, or add fruits to it. I don't know what your eating habits is.…

I'm 5'3" - I started @ 198 lbs now I am 166. I run and do weight lifting. I want to reach to 130 lbs sometime this year. I have been very patient and working hard at it since July 2012.

If you have PCOS, you should stay away from milk and wheat. I also have PCOS. I am trying hard not to eat bread, etc. I weigh 166 lbs but my stomach is shrinking..... I am now size 9. I also lift weights. Watch what you eat.

i started running at 192 lbs! if you can walk for 3 miles fine then you are ready to add running in your walking routine. add 1 minute intervals for every 5 min that you walk, as an example. start slowly. You can do it!! Just make sure you do not run everyday!!! Rest in between. Best of success. Do not listen to anyone but…

I forgot to mention that not only have I lost 32 lbs but in November 2012 when I saw my dr, My elevated liver enzymes, high blood pressure, sugar levels, cholesterol were all normal :) I no longer take pills for high blood pressure. I started by getting in the habit of exercising 5x a week by walking the first month. then the 2nd month i started to log in my food and I started running. Diagnosed with PCOS about 12 years, I was insulin resistance, taking metformin, no menstrual cycles (unless with pills) until now! I no longer take pills :) You can do it!!!! I still have 36 lbs to lose to achieve my goal weight. Keep positive.

Raw_Bean, it takes too many pics to get one but I get tired so it is what it is... LOL awwww Thanks spez80. You can achieve it. You have to take it slow. Set goals each month and keep adding and achieving them. It does get easier to make healthier choices down the line.
