I started running @ 192 lbs... It helps to do lunges and squats. You have to be able to walk a 5k before trying to run. That's how I started. @ that weight my pace was like 18:00!!! Now I weigh 166 average pace is now 13:00. Also start with walking 5 min. and jogging 1 minute intervals or whatever suits you best. It will…

Yes, drinking lots of water helps. Also you might try to run more often. I'm 180 lbs and I run 3x a week! it has helped me shed lbs. I usually have 1 long run about 3 miles, another run I try to run a hilly path and the last run I add sprints to it. It's been effective. I also train 2x with a trainer.

I recently started eating more fruits and vegetables and I started to see the lbs come off. Eat enough fiber to keep you full. There is just so much information about how much carbs and protein to eat. Find what…

i do not eat all of it back but I do eat some back since I am hungry after my long walks or my runs. And I have been losing weight. Do no deprive yourself. Listen to your body, if you're hungry eat something (light if you want). Yesterday I went for a long walk, I had 1000 calories remaining. I couldn't possibly eat all…

everytime that you fall off the wagon, you need to get back but take with you the experience. Ask yourself why haven't you logged in to MFP, how did I can weight? and see what patterns to change. I have been on and off the wagon so many times, but each time I get on I try to work on a goal and every time is a different…

also you need to change the way you think. Believe you can do this. You are not destined to be fat. Stop saying such things. You are destined to whatever you put your heart to. You can do this girl!! i had to delete a user cause I couldn't bear to see "fatgirl" everyday. It was causing such a negativity to me. So surround…

Make mini-goals, whatever that is, drinking more water, adding vegetables to the pasta, exercising more etc. Do not be so hard on yourself. You can have that picnic but have portion control of the breads and cheese. If you eat a bit too much, walk an extra mile, etc. Be happy. Change your lifestyle, this isn't about going…
