Go to a running store and get fitted. I had a problem with one of my toes going numb followed by pain in my calf. Went and got the proper size and type of shoe and the problems stopped.

I had a boo boo this morning. I got to about 2miles into my run and stubbed my toe. Took a tumble and scraped myself up pretty good. Didn't hurt anything too bad just sore now.

It's my one vice and I won't give it up. I have a glass of red wine mostly every night. A dirty martini here and there. On nights before a 5k run I don't indulge, I wait till after the run. :)

Fruit any kind, almonds, peanut butter with celery, popcorn.

I cook mine in a rice cooker. Comes out perfect every time. I make a salad with it. Add feta cheese, chick peas, spinach, carrots, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper some olive oil and lime juice. I eat it for lunch a lot. I 've also used it as a hot cereal.
