I googled it, saw the first picture of a person in a push up position with their feet on the ball and thought "oh ok, I can do that" - and then I realised I was meant to pull my knees to my chest too! What's a side plank? I misunderstood what a plank was when I was told to balance on my elbows and toes, and lay on my back facing up, on my elbows and stretching my feet so my toes touched the ground - gave myself a ferocious friction burn on my elbow!

I was thinking pretty much the same thing yesterday, I've lost 15 lbs but all my clothes are still tight. I do have one fewer chin, but it didn't weigh 15 lbs! Have I lost 15 lbs from my internal organs??? It is odd. It's a little disheartening that after all this time, no-one can see any difference.

Which app are you trying? I would like to accurately work out how many calories I burn exercising but MFP only has a generic "martial arts" activity and I'm sure it over-estimates, so I never eat back my calories in case I end up over-eating!
