Yes but one can use the photo of a celebrity or someone else as an inspiration. I for example see photos of slim girls with athletic bodies and six pack and thing that I'm aiming for that too. It's not about obsesing over it but if it inspires you why not?

In my case 15 kg ment 2,5 sizes and it took me aproximately half a year so I guess in six weeks you can't really loose even a size ... but maybe it depands how much you have to loose.

Sauna is great. It relaxes the muscles after working out, kills gems, aids imunity, is good for cardioviscular health and so on ... plus it feels good:) But it does NOT aid weightloss like some people think ... unfortunately as I love sauna.

Measure it, by eatballing I ate about 200 cals less than I thought I did and wandered why I'm so hungry. There are things that I know how much tehy weight if I buy the same thing over and over but generally I measure.

Do you eat garlic? It is a valid question ... seriously! I am a huge fan of garlic but if I eat it and than go running the same day ... or even a morning after ... uhhhhhhhhhhh not preatty ... and if I don't eat enough carbs than I smell like piss after working out.
