Hi there. I have hypoglycemia and I am comfortably full and happy about it for hours when I eat low carb. It's been a life saver. I have had many other benefits that I never expected as well. It'll take time to break habits. But bottom line... find out if it works for you. Like every eating style, it's not for everyone. It…

Love that test, it gets people so well. I always get ESFP and that is definitely me!! Basically the person who always wants to know where the party is haha I see @genmon00 is an ESFP as well

No weight or inches lost since I started a couple weeks ago. Skin is still looking great though so that counts for something. I really believe the lack of weight/fat loss is due to the immense amount of stress and general outlook on life I've had lately. Nothing else is different! I'm getting help so hopefully with that…

I don't count at the moment but based on what I know from prior experience I'm in the 50-100 range

I just thought I'd chime in. I use this cleanser called "Yes to tomatoes" from this line that has other products called "yes to cucumbers", etc. It's a charcoal based cleanser. I LOVE it, my favorite facial cleanser I've ever used. Don't need anything else! And a little dot of cleanser is enough for a good lather. It seems…

I interact with about 8? out of 80 something. I have so many that will just add me and then they never post anything at all and/or stop logging in. So I think people add others initially for support, to not feel alone in the process. But in my experience not many people are interactive with the people they add on mfp.

I drink red wine a lot. It has never seemed to do anything to my progress or regress. Just look up the carbs if you are concerned and make it fit your goal.

@CeeBeeSlim Forever, lol. I've yo-yoed in the past. And once it comes off this time I'm aiming to keep it off so that itself is another challenge. I went back to low carb a couple weeks ago so I'm still adjusting. And I know I want to eat like this forever so that helps with lasting results. No woosh weight loss this time…

If there are only 15lbs to go it's going to be hard and come off slowly anyway. I know, I'm there. You want it to anyway, the keto induction water weight can come back just as fast as it came off. Doable with 100 carbs? Yes definitely especially if you have blood sugar issues it'll help with hunger. But with such little…

Cutting it out didn't do me any good; I felt and looked a lot better when I added it back in. Maybe you could just cut back on it; not add as much cheese or have just one meal laden with dairy.

I'm excited just thinking about low carb starbucks!!

I admit the only thing I really don't like about keto is eating meat. I was vegetarian for moral reasons but my body really did not enjoy it. Gained weight, skin broke out, felt like I was never full no matter how many plant fats and protein I consumed. So I'm doing what my body wants now and reaping so many benefits but…

You're not in a plateau, you're steadily losing weight. A healthy weight loss is generally 1 lb per week, give or take. Patience!! :) There will be some weeks where you won't lose anything and some where you lose more.

No loss this week. Ready for some movement on the scale. Last time I did keto I definitely had the woosh weight loss that went on for some time. So, this is different. Probably because the way I was eating the past 6 months was very high carb...so, more adjusting? I'm still sore but it's starting to dissipate. It's strange…

Love spontaneity and fun adventure, congratulations to you

I can keep up with logging calories for about two weeks and get over the top sick of it. And starving. So, no more of that for me. I find I don't need to anyway with low carb life. I used to count carbs but now that I understand what foods are good, I do not want to count them. I just wanna live! Not to say I'll never…

Great job staying the course! Dark chocolate should be ok. Just check the carb content! I find if I have a piece of 70% cacao the craving goes away. Make sure your fats are up for satiation too. Agree with sunny bunny, eat when you're hungry

Don't force yourself to eat, listen to your body.

I usually just eat mixed nuts. I like that there is no prep involved.

Crazy sore legs since restarting this WOE. I've been salting my food and taking magnesium and getting more greens. It's just a matter of time I think. I am coming down from 6 months of a super high carb woe but other than the sore legs, no negative effects. My skin cleared up after two days, I am SO SO happy about that.…

Thank you @benwould. I am pretty bad about drinking water so I'm sure that's part of it. And yeah it just so happens vodka soda is my favorite mixed drink so I was pleased it fit in! and thank you @Sunny_Bunny_ . I thought I got enough salt in the cheese, condiments and meats, but apparently not. I'll try adding salt onto…

I've basically been treating myself as a guinea pig and tried different diets this past year. Before that, I was lower carb for a long time. It really helps me in so many ways. Last year's experiments resulted in weight gain, my teenage skin problems making a return, and thin hair. Avoiding grains & processed foods the…

I had my last name changed when I was 4. It has felt weird like it's not mine, but I accept it as my last name. Your kid is so young I say if you really aren't satisfied with the name then change it to what you feel fits best. Just don't make it a habit, lol.

I'd reexamine your macros and continue eating at a deficit. People in this topic seem to know a lot about body recomposition, which sounds like it could get you to where you want to be. I don't know a lot about it myself!

Taking my time drinking my second cup of coffee, anticipating a long awaited email and having fun on mfp

I will be. I like taking my walks!

I'm not even going to get on the scale. I know I won't like the number. Plus it's TOM so it's going to be wonky anyway. Congratulations to all of you who are meeting/exceeding your goals! And those who aren't, don't worry...change is constant!
