Yeah I am visual in a lot of ways so I always look at pictures of how I'd like to look and think about the clothes I'd like to wear. Then I'm subsequently motivated by the weight loss and the visual progress.

Coffee addict here. I'll never give it up or cut back, I love it too much! Black is good, with just a little creamer. Can't lose that flavor! I do like bread products in the morning. I guess you could opt for a more 'whole' option? maybe whole grain toast or something if you want to cut back on pastries.

This week was kind of nuts. Food has been good but I keep getting out of control tired after lunch. Like the kind of tired you get after drinking at 3am. Cannot cope, lol. I'd like to not eat a snack before bed but I get hungry so I just do it. I just don't like waking up in the morning and being bloated.

Are you weighing your food with a scale? Eating back your exercise calories? It makes a big difference! I am not sure of your calorie goal but often times we pick the 2lb/week option which is too aggressive.

For me I want to keep exercising regularly, like every other day or a few times a week. Definitely going to have to push myself on that one. I also want to look better in my clothes, I'm not 100% to my standards yet but close. And lastly, eat a lot more whole foods.

I agree with eating more often but keeping it low carb. Experiment, see what happens. I also second what baconslave said, the whole cheating with higher carb thing doesn't work all the time and can turn out detrimental.
