You probably have your activity level set on Fitbit too high. The activity levels on both Fitbit and MFP should be set the same, as well as the deficit you are wanting. It's negating calories because you are not burning the amount of calories in a day MFP thinks you are based on what you entered for activity.

Now that's just weird.

I don't get it either, lol. Sometimes I just get cravings for carby things and instead of suffer through it, I cave and either give it a day, or even just a meal. It helps me keep going. I also don't plan on doing strict keto for the rest of my life either.

Use the calculator @itcphotog posted above. I myself am about 10 pounds heavier than you, same height, and I eat anywhere from 1200-1800 calories a day, based on activity levels.

It's definitely doable. I am currently doing 30 Day Shred along with my treadmill and elliptical. I workout an average of 5-6 days a week. Start slowly. It can take some time to get keto-adapted enough to where working out isn't a struggle.

If you're looking to go into ketosis, I'd recommend cutting out the sugars and wheat products. Get your carbs from veggies. Add a LOT more fat. Like @itcphotog said, more fat than protein.
-
How low-carb are you wanting to go? Also, just looking over the last few days, you need to eat MORE.
-
I've been lower after a cheat as well, only to have it show up a few days later. This past weekend was a cheat for me and Monday I was a pound lower on the scale. Tuesday however, I was up 6 pounds. No clue as to why or how.

@knitormiss: Walking, squats, and recently 30 Day Shred. Mostly walking though!

This is me. About 218-ish down to 170. I haven't keto'ed/low-carbed the whole time but most of it.

I have had my Fitbit Flex for a year now, I LOVE it. It is such a little motivator. And yes, their customer service is awesome. My Flex quit charging/working about 6 months ago, I called them, emailed them my receipt, and they sent me a new one 4 days later.

Sounds good!

I'd give it a couple of weeks. Don't let the scale worry you, like you said, clothes are still fitting better. Once your body gets used to the exercise, it will give up that water it's holding onto for restoring those muscles.
-
I would say drink more water? I have this same issue but mine is because winter is harsh on your skin. I use a humidifier inside and lotion.
-
For when I stuck/stick to it, I average about 4-5 pounds down a month. It's nowhere near linear though. Some weeks the scale goes up followed by a whoosh. I use the Libra app on my phone to track trends and such. It's easier to see that way when you weigh every day.

Boiled eggs, string cheese, bulletproof coffee, luncheon meats?

Unlink the accounts if you don't want to see exercise calories from Fitbit.

Welcome to the land where we eat bacon by the pound, not the slice :)

I tend to cycle with the net carbs. Some days are higher 30-50g, some are lower 15-30g. I usually have my yogurt on those higher days. I like pork rinds but not that much, lol. I do however use them as a breading for fried chicken...it's very good :)
-
I mostly eat meat, eggs, cheese, and a few lower-carb veggies. Also, butter, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, yogurt.
-
LOL! Are you sure you looked at my diary? :p
-
Feel free to add me. I'm nowhere near perfect at this, but I've been successful so far.
-
Those percentages of daily values seem insanely high. Are you sure you are THAT deficient?
-
Feel free to add me :)
-
Are you doing a lot of ab work? I get nauseous and stay that way for hours after a good ab workout.
-
1/2 a crystal light drink tube per 1/2 cup of yogurt.
-
In my opinion, there's no such thing as too few carbs :)
-
Yup. I plan a cheat day at least once a month and for a week after that my scale gets all stupid. The day after a cheat is usually up 4-5 pounds and it takes almost a week to get it to normalize and start going back down. Don't worry, just stay on track and it will come back off.

When my scale isn't moving, usually my inches are. It's usually one or the other, sometimes both but not as frequently. I lost 3 inches off my waist after 10 days of 30 day shred but only lost 2 pounds. I lost inches in other places as well.
