Results!
How'd did everyone do? I made it, just barely. I started at 180lbs. Yesterday my scale was at 164.6. That makes my 15 week loss at 15.4lbs!

Bruising?
Anyone bruise easier since being in ketosis? I'm fairly certain it's not an iron deficiency, so not sure if I'm just clumsier or if I'm lacking something else that is causing the bruising. Seborrheic Dermatitis
Anyone else dealing with this? Every winter mine flares up--the itching, scaling--all over my face and head. What do you do to treat yours? I'm just about willing to try anything at this point. The ketoconazole cream my doctor gave me doesn't do anything but make it worse.
