Add the sodium tab to your diet so you can track that. Sodium will stop or slow your weightloss down if you eating to much.

I do this all the time. I brush my tortilla with a little evoo and then put in a pan to cook for a few minutes before topping. I just let them brown a little. They get super cripsy and yummy!!!

I add Newmans Own Light Balsamic Viniagrette Dressing and some green peppers. It's delish!!! I would log them as raw and include the dressing and green peppers.

I love the workout but don't feel like the cardio is doing anything....I guess I will be supplementing with something to give myself a boost. On the bright side I got 15 unmodified push ups in last night!! Whoo hoo!!!:drinker:

Bump Not sure I understand.... I am a 33 year old female 61 inches tall BF 26.1% Lean BM of 90.9lbs BMR 1263 it said my caloric intake should be 1460 give or take 200-300 calories..that seems like a lot. :huh: confused

Last year I found using a smaller plate helped me. Everyone had these huge plates stacked full of stuff and I had just a small saucer. My hubby is the same way he says I was fine and didn't need to lose any weight, but when I got down to my goal weight look out. You could tell a major difference in him..lol It's sweet Congrats and keep up the awesome work!!!

So I have had a horrible week!!! I was passed over for a job that I deserved!! That would have payed a ton of more money for the bleach blonde with less experience. The guy told me "he felt that I was over qualified and frankly would be bored to death doing this job" I am so damn mad...wth does that mean?? If I'm better…
