I will start it with you all. I did it awhile back and completed it (only missed one day). I have totally slacked and need to get back in the swing of things here, eating right and exercising.

I mix 1/2 cup of cc with 1/4cup of vanilla yogurt, you could use more yogurt if you wanted.

I just started level 3 3 nights ago, and I'm the sorest i've been so far. It feels like it goes by faster to me. but level 3 is my favorite.

I wear my heart rate monitor to see how many calories I burn, then if you go to Exercise, then My Exercise, then Create Exercise you can type in zumba or pump whatever it may be.

I just bought one from target for 69.99 and it's been doing fine. It's a New Balance. I've enjoyed wearing it just to see how much I really burn.

I went to one class and was hooked! Now I go 3-4 times a week. I've only been doing it 4 weeks now, and finally getting the moves down. I still mess up, but the thing is everyone else does too. Try it out, you'll LOVE IT!!!

Would love to join. This past Mon 2/7 I weighed in at 158.75 and would love to get to 130. It's 28 pounds but close to 30!
