First thing Saturday morning. I'm in a contest with some friends and we all weigh in on the same day. The funny thing is my weight usually drops if I check it on Monday/Tuesday morning.0

Once a week is plenty, but it would be a good idea to measure your body fat too. You can find a body fat caliper just about anywhere. It's a great tool that I feel is better than a scale.0

I like to weigh myself every day, in the mornings as soon as I wake up. But, Saturday morning is my official weigh in.0

I weight myself every morning....right before I hop in the shower. I know you're not supposed to do it everyday...and I only record my Friday morning weigh in. But I like to see the effects that the previous day had on my weightloss. I have to remind myself that if I'm up a little one morning it probably is just water weight.0

Once a month. It takes me hell lot of effort to not step on it weekly . I needed to do this to cure myself of scale obsession0

I weigh myself every morning after i go to the bathroom. I know "they" say to only weigh once a week but I find it better for me to weigh daily. I don't get worried if I go up a bit here and there, i know that is normal. As long as my lowest number for the week gets lower and my higher numbers don't get higher I am happy. I am an instant gratification type of gal, I know I won't step on and see a huge loss but i am happy to see the number go down even if it is only by a tenth or two.0

My official weigh in is on the 15th of each month, but I do tend to check sporadically in between.0

I weigh myself every morning naked.
However, I only officially record Sunday's weigh in for MFP purposes.

I weigh every two weeks or so. I know I should weigh weekly but those scales seem to always scare me. I watch what I eat and I'm very active but I'm always afraid of the scales showing a weight gain. Plus, I don't own a set of scales. I need to buy me one. I go to my mom's every other week or so and weigh in. When I do weigh, it's always in the afternoon, after I've ate lunch. I need to buy me a scale, so I can get a morning weight and weigh more often.
Can anyone tell me where to buy a good scale @ a descent price?0 -
Every morning, after I use the facilities

I weigh myself every single morning (after I pee LOL). Mostly it's because sometimes I think that Im being good and then I step on the scale and OMGosh, say what?? So it's like my little check to see my baseline (because, for me, every day is a new day and a new start, no matter what happened yesterday). It also motivates me to exercise a little more and be more careful with food choices if Im not so happy with the number.0

I thought that Bed, Bath and Beyond had a good selection. The body fat scales are not terrifically accurate. I found this out AFTER I bought one. *rolling eyes*0 -
Every morning, nakey!0

I have taken a whole new outlook on my weight loss. I've decided I am not going to weigh myself until I get down to the clothing size I want to slip into.
