    Everyday, at every hour I'm awake...I'm obsessed with the scale.....LOL :laugh:

    No seriously...Usually when I wake up, done my bathroom stuff & naked...! Once a week I guess...or when I feel like it...:glasses:

    I could careless about the scale - I'm more focused on gettin' my ABS more toned...! :love:

    bad habbit... every Am before i shower...

    but i usually log my lbs on MFP after my sunday weigh ins...

    Every morning and sometimes a time or two throughout the day as well. I record any loss.

    I usually do a long run on Saturdays so I weigh myself first thing Sunday morning...and then sometimes I sneak another one in mid-week.

    Every time I'm at the gym which is usually mon/wed/fri but I only really keep track of the Monday morning one :)

    i got an old dr office beam balance that's accurate to a couple of ounces

    i find any increase motivating to do better and any decrease motivating for doing things right

    I weight myself every morning....right before I hop in the shower. I know you're not supposed to do it everyday...and I only record my Friday morning weigh in. But I like to see the effects that the previous day had on my weightloss. I have to remind myself that if I'm up a little one morning it probably is just water weight.

    I was weighing myself every morning, it gets addicting. But weight fluctuates, and I found I was beating myself up if even a half pound was gained from the day before.

    So now I'm trying Friday mornings, usually after breakfast, and after a trip to the bathroom.

    yes, but see if I sleep later, it will have been longer since my last meal so I will weigh less .. and here you thought I was just lazy!
