Google Jamie Eason's Livefit program. It's free and everything from nutrition to workouts are mapped out for you. You can use it as a loose guide to start and get your feet wet. It's a good program! Good luck to you!

My go-tos for the past couple of years: Very fave: McD's Southwest Chicken Salad (grilled) with no chips. I don't even use the dressing (but I do save it and use it at home) as there is a lime glaze on the chicken and it tastes really good without.
