I have my HRM on when i do Jillians 30 days shred and on average i burn between 140 and 150 cals a session, thats on level 1

What a good idea. i would have loved to come, but im in Geraldton and its the day after our Redhill concert (Hoodoo Gurus are playing) and so i dont think ill be in any condition to attend lol. Have fun and good luck.

i went with the fish and chips,ended up picking off the batter and ate probably about 3/4 of the chips. oh and i even had a chocolate bar. Yes i did go over on my calories and only 2 over on my fat so im happy with that. Thanks again for your input.

I use the wii as my regular exercise routine,im currently playing Active 2,. It has upper, lower,cardio and full body workouts. you can make your own workouts or use the trainer generated workouts, im really enjoying this one, better than wiiFit or Sports
