My New Workout Week

Hi all, just wondering if you all think this is a good workout routine for a week? Too much? Not enough?

Monday - 45 min Weights /cardio + 45min walk
Tuesday - Jillian Michaels Level 1 30 day shred + beginners C25K
Wednesday - 45 min Weights /cardio + 45min walk
Thursday - Jillian Michaels Level 1 30 day shred + Yoga
Friday - 45 min Weights /cardio + 45min walk/ 45 min Exercises(group)

Now the weights sessions are alternating 5 min cardio then 10 min weights for 3 reps.doing about 400 weight reps all up.
I like the routine Jillian does on 30 day shred, and altho i wont be doing it as a 30 shred workout,so to speak,id like to keep that and work my way up to level 3.(altho a bit slower)
I havent done yoga before and have found a class, so ill check that out for the first time.
The 45 min group exercises are only run during school terms so ill be alternating those with walks. Mon/Wed/Fri walks are done with 2 other people
The first part of these workouts will be done around 2/ 2.30pm and then the second part any time from 4.30pm onwards
I can only do these things in afternoon as work commitments restrict me, i START work at 5.00 am and im not going to get up any earlier to do a workout!!! ....no matter what! (i do love my sleep too much )
Saturday and Sunday id like to leave as days off, if i feel like doing something ie walking, then i will.

Thinking of doing this for a month, then changing the weights routine only. Walking/Yoga, Fri Exercises and Jillian are set.
I do all this from home, apart from Yoga and Exercise, have no intention or inclination of going to a gym.

So.....Your thoughts? Advice?

Cheryl, this looks great! Importantly, it's something that you are enjoying and therefore you are more likely to keep doing.

yoga will be a good stretch routine for you. It can also, depending on what kind of yoga you're doing, it will be a nice complement to your strength training.

Looks good and a good reminder that I really should be doing cross/strength training to help my running.
I would just add (seeing as how I REALLY need a rest day, and probably more, tomorrow after 6 days straight running) be prepared to listen to your body and maybe have on of your weekend rest days mid week instead. I know it will also depend on what your other committments allow.
