Yes summer is Dec Jan Feb, and our longest school break is at this time. So yes, Christmas in summer.

Re swimming strokes, we invented freestyle, aka the australian crawl. It's the fastest stroke, natch, to out swim those great whites.

Wow you look great, this is so good to see. I'm at 146 and unhappy with how I look, but reluctant to lose too much more as Im losing where I don't want to (boobs). Have to get my butt back to the gym. Can I ask what cals you're at?

Fast food, lollies (candy/sweets), sugary drinks incl juice, coffee drinks ( caramel fudgesicle latte whatever is not coffee), overly sweet bought cakes (rather make my own), fairy floss, movie theatre popcorn.

5'8"5 SW 157 CW 146 GW 140 maybe Hourglass turning into a pear bc Im losing up top at a faster rate! Size 10 Aus which is a US 6 I think.

A big steak w Dijon mustard, cream potatoes, asparagus and big glass of Shiraz. Not sure what cal count is - add dessert if its short!

All the flavourings sound weird to this Aussie! Not really a 'thing' here. I drink mine black no sugar, or piccolo latte or macchiato if its espresso. Sometimes a flat white which is like a cappuccino but no froth.

Truly revolting. I'm in Australia and we can get great pizza, but there's also a lot of terrible stuff. I've had good pizza in Prague, and Samoa of all places.

I would. If you're that active at work you'll need the cals - might break your plateau!

I'd just go back to eating 1800 - you've probably been eating at maintenance the last couple of days so you shouldn't have gained. If you try eat 1400 you'll be hungry and want to binge - that's what happens to me anyway. My cals to lose are about 1800 as well.

Today in Sydney it was maximum of 14c minimum 10c. So I'm being a wimp really. It's been pouring with rain though which makes it feel colder.

Great advice. Can I just say I think Melbourne does winter so much better than here in Sydney. We just pretend it doesn't really get cold and freeze for 3 months.

True. I think part of the problem is the cold makes me want carbs, and it doesn't fill you up.
