Makes sense. I`d agree with you on this. I guess once in a while won`t hurt :) Or maybe going over the caloric limit by 500 - 700 calories shouldnt be so bad on that day.

Wow, I never thought it actually works as sometimes I do not get accurate measures but I will try this for a month and see how it goes. It makes sense and seems good since I wont have to deprive myself rather Ill have to learn how to eat in moderation. Thank you!!! :)

I suggest you log everything in although it does not always have to be accurate. Fruits are good carbs and high in sugar but still that counts and too much of anything good or bad is simply not good lol ... I was wondering about fruits though. WOW!! I love this post. You are so inspiring and you have done incredibly great. I am starting to realize that it really is Moderation. Every time I deprive myself or make a dramatic change I end up failing. This is so great, I love stories like these. Keep it up and amazing effort!

Yes I think it would. I tried it and it sure got my heart racing. I would say it is more for strength but I am not expert to know forsure but I enjoyed it. It was great and fun. Also, the coach on there is so motivating. Love it!

I see what you mean by this and I respect your opinion. Just to be clear this is just a one month hard challenge aside from my usual workouts I do during the week. 143 squats per day and 100 crunches is not much if you actually try it.

well why not? Its a challenge and it needs determination. And how can you be sure if what you are saying will accomplish more? You can add weights to the 1000 squats if you want to make it more challenging and accomplish a lot more.

awesome! I already started. You can break it up during the day for example 50 crunches in the morning and 50 at night. The same goes for the squats. Let me know how it goes. I am so excited for this challenge! All the best !!

Love the enthusiasm :D Sorry for not being specific but for this goal, I am going to try regular body weight squats. You can do whichever kind you like as long as you are working those glutes!
