LOL omg that is such a disgusting comment, you eat your poopy spinach? EWW. :b There are hemp seed protein to add to smoothies and a bunch healthy fatty protein seeds out there. It fits the vegan lifestyle that's for sure unless one is trying to go very low fat.

I actually tried it and logged in my meals and at the end of the day I found that I consumed 50 grams of protein (It all came from hemp seeds, greens as well as potatoes)

Fruits are so satisfying. I did it for 10 days then my family screwed it up, they leave me with no choice but I will get back on track tomorrow. Thanks for the comment and I probably will add soy sauces as well and nut butters (oh I cant live without my nut butters) so it might not be 100% but close enough :)

Personally Id agree that there should not be a cheat meal or a cheat day although it's not so bad to over indulge once in a while. Oh no you need fruit! Its natural and good sugar it wont hurt, your body needs the vitamins and minerals fruit has!

Yes definitely a good idea to still count what you eat but once a week is too much for a cheat day in my opinion well unless your not going way over your calorie goals in the day.
