  • I pay 200 every year for my Ascics and I LOVE them... but everyone is right, go and get fitted. You can't go wrong with the brand, I tend to get shin splints but these have so much cushion and support, I think they are great!!! You need to spend on quality!
  • I think it's ok in cereal.. I just have the regular, not vanilla and it's passable.... doesn't takes good in my tea though!! And it has about 40 less calories in a cup than 1percent milk!

  • Try to have some healthy options... chips are my ABSOLUTE weakness as well..... if I know they are there, i HAVE to have some... but if I can resist one I'm good, the moment you have 1 it's all over!!! Try doing some exercise as well..... I'm not a fan of exercising so if I do it and then have my splurge, it's usually not…

  • My official weigh in is Fridays, weekends are always tough so Fridays tend to be the best. I do weigh in everyday also, like above, if I don't weigh in, it just pops on so fast. I know they say only once a week but I like the daily reminders to stay on track. If I'm over due to salt or whatever, it motivates me to be good…

  • I feel the same way... I like the salad toppings so often just have them cut up on a plate and snack on them... I feel fuller and because I'm a picker, it works... plus I tend to have less dressing that way too....
  • I have a problem going over on protein..... it's so tough because I'm addicted to carbs and try to eat less and protein is the only alternative to help be feel satisfied. I just started too and lost 3 pounds the first week... I had one bad day yesterday and had 2000 calories and all 3 pounds popped right back on... arrggg
