Cross training doesn’t have to be anything fancy at this point- Just do a brisk walk instead on your rest days to give your body a little recovery time. You’ll likely find it improves your speed and endurance on your run days!

I also use the Mind-Body App to find yoga studios, gyms, etc in the city I'm in- especially if the hotel gym isn't great. Not only do I get my exercise in, but I also get to try new classes, teachers, styles etc.

I'm trying to lose the last 8, so I get it! I find lowering my carbs helps. It looks like your main carb sources are fruit and the juice you make. Maybe try to cut back there- eat the whole veggies instead of the juice or swap a piece of fruit for a veggie or lean protein? But definitely make up those calories (and more!)…
