I use the Just Dance games, Zumba games and WII fit plus routines. I love it! It gets my energy level up for the day and it's not boring. I feel stronger every time I do it.

I love the Yogurt whips. I eat one of those every day just about. Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream are great flavors!

It took me 5 months to lose 33lbs with a 1200 calorie diet and exercise. It will probably take you longer than 2 months to lose it.

3 slices of Turkey bacon, Yoplait yogurt whip and a light cheese wedge, all under 300 calories and very filling.

I used a 2 day cleanse it did help me feel better and lose a few lbs but that's just a start, afterwards you must keep eating healthy and exercising.

Ok. So apparently I will have to buy a scale lol. I don't eat back my calories usually. I do log everything I eat and drink. I don't think I can do less than 1200 calories though.

I walk for a few minutes followed by running as long as I can and then walk/run some more until I have done it for 30 mins.
