Hiii!!! So for anyone who prefers to dance or zumba over anything else, how long are your sessions? I started at only being able to do 15 minutes a day, but now I'm up to an hour a day. (And I'm really super proud of myself for sticking with it)
To keep myself interested I'll switch between my Zumba DVDs and a YouTube playlist I made of some of my favorite songs with a mix of high and low intensity choreography with warm ups and cool downs.
Look at me rambling. Yea, so thoughts and or ideas or just dancing support! What's your routine look like and how do you keep motivated?

I love using the wii Zumba game. I used to be able to do a long class on there but I've lost a bit of fitness since.0

Zumba is one of my cardio go-tos on days where I don't want to/can't run. There's classes a couple of times a week at my gym. It's fun, and the social atmosphere and energetic instructor make it feel more like a party. I'd definitely recommend seeing if there's any classes in your area. There's at least three near me that are free and meet once a week.0

Congratulations on sticking to Zumba. Club Fitz is one of my favorites on YouTube if you haven't found them yet.
I'm a ballet teacher, some days I dance for hours. Fridays I have 3 classes in a row (2 of the 3 are for little little kids so I'm pretty constantly dancing the entire time). I have to keep my classes interesting and always changing or the dancers will drive me absolutely crazy.

Im so glad im not the only one dancing for cardio!! The nearest Zumba class near me is 45 minutes away or else I would have signed up for one already (hello from the middle of nowhere )I wish there was one closer so I always keep my ears out for it.
I had always wanted to dance as a kid but my parents couldn't afford it. I love dancing and the zumba abs makes me feel it that's for sure! I'll have to browse YouTube during my down time and see what I can find. I'm just worried once I have these routines down (about 20 different ones) I'll get bored with it so having a plan to switch it up is my way of nipping that in the bud.

I use the Just Dance games, Zumba games and WII fit plus routines. I love it! It gets my energy level up for the day and it's not boring. I feel stronger every time I do it.0

I'm a professional dancer- I dance upwards of 15 hrs a week plus my gigs.
I love dancing- but I really don't consider it "cardio workouts"1 -
Jazzercise, which is far and away better than Zumba. I've been a hard core J'er for 21 years and there is NOTHING like it. Love, love, love dance aerobics.0
