I’m 37, 70lb down so far with 44lb left to go to get to the ideal weight for my height, 21lb will get me to the top of healthy BMI.

Managed to lose 25lb so far in 87 days, hoping I can manage another 5lb in the last 13 days which may not be realistic but it would be nice to end the challenge on 180lb.

100 days so far. Total loss since 17th September is 22lbs (210lb - 188lb) If I follow the trend line I’ll be 184lb by Xmas day which is when the 100 days ends for me.

They don’t tell you how happy a spreadsheet and a graph can make you, seriously if I start losing motivation or craving a chocolate bar all I have to do is look at my spreadsheet and see my progress and all of a sudden I’m not hungry anymore 😆
