I've experienced the same thing. It wasn't a constant thing. On the days I would feel woozy or hazy I would eat a little extra protein and extra fruit. That seemed to help.

I totally agree about the measurements telling the true story. I opt not to look at the scale too often as it can be discouraging. The way my clothes fit and measurements change are a much better reward for me than the number on the scale :)

I'm 4 weeks in and already noticing they're smaller :( It's ok. I'd rather be thin and healthy. I've got pictures to remember them by!
