My Before & After Pic

Hi Friends - I love seeing before and after pictures - so I thought I would show you mine...
The before is from June 2009 on my trip to Mexico (SOOO wishing I would have lost weight before that trip
). I was 155 lbs and 36% body fat. The after is from today - I am at 131 lbs and 27% body fat. I'm not finished yet as I still want to lose a few more % body fat, but I'm pretty proud of what I've done - and the best part is that I feel amazing! My energy level is so much better and I love that I can just go and go.
