^^This! You should never have to feel uncomfortable in your gym. EVER. And you Sir, do you have a blog/post about self defense? Very interesting information and would like to learn more about it. Most people need to be more assertive in their lives, me included.

When I stopped cramping up all the time. My right side use to cramp every time I ran, but I finally got past that point (for the most part). Running my first 5k was also a lot of fun.

Usually in the mornings 5:45/ 6:00-7:30 AM. If I'm really tired in the morning, I will move it to after work 7:30-9:00ish. I prefer the mornings though because I like that it is down and over with so I can relax

Yeah I don't care who eats what, when, where, or how. If you try to force your style on me, I will punch you in the stomach. As for killing animals for food. . .if you don't like it, you don't need to eat it. But I do have a few vegetarian friends that cooks some seriously good food. :)

The only thing I don't record is when I'm going out with my girlfriends drinking because I don't know how/dont really care to keep track of all that when I'm out having fun. But I also waitress on the weekends and don't log that as exercise either (I work in a very busy diner for 7 hour shifts) and I have no idea how many…

I usually weigh-in on Mondays or Tuesdays. I didn't this week though because I'm very bloated. I generally check the scales a few times a week just for accuracy.

I'm going to say that is almost true. I have 2 exceptions: the Melting Pot Chocolate S'mores Fondue and the Cheesecake Factory 7-layer chocolate cake. Luckily I don't go there all that often, but if they were in front of me all bets are off lol

Yeah I was in a relationship where i was the guy. He cried more than I did. Needless to say I can't stand when a man cries anymore (which is terrible because there are legit reasons for men to cry). I wouldn't stick around if you have to buy him flowers and write essays. That's just nuts

I'm at the gym in the mornings by 6 AM and put in about 90 minutes. My shift starts at 10, but I have an hour commute and I don't like showering at th gym if I can avoid it Edit: Typo

Fantastic idea. I was doing spin class for 3 days a week for months. I took a few months off and started running, but I plan on doing at least 1 class a week. They are great for the legs

Mine didn't start to go away until I started running and spinning. I use to do the elliptical all the time and nothing, but just straight running and a spinning class or two gave fantastic results for me
