I try to hit the gym 5 days a week and do about an 1 1/2-2 hours depending on time constraints and what I need to do that day. Usually 50 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of strength training. If I don't feel like going to the gym, I usually run for 35 minutes or so

Yeah I was a bit concerned with the rapid transition. Going from not being concerned and probably eating between 2500-2600 to having a deficit of over 1000 calories. I don't feel deprived on the days I go to the gym and burn 800 additional calories, but on my off days I feel like I'm very deprived.

Because I work at Pamela's Diner and managed to avoid eating the Strawberry Specialty Hotcakes yesterday, which may be the best hotcakes on the planet. And after 7 hours of cleaning tables, I still completed a 2-hour workout at the gym :)

I'd love to be a size 6 again, but I'm not overly worried. My current goal is about 9 pounds. I'm not sure I'd drop to a 6 with that. We'll see how I feel after I meet my goal and go from there.

Yeah keep up with the weight lifting especially with the deadlifts. Mix up the squats with sumo squats, front, back squats. Do the same with lunges. I also use the leg press machine, which is fantastic for the legs and butt. And through in some pilates mat work.

^^^ This. Because if I had the space I would absolutely buy a spinning bike for my home.You learn a couple of different routines from a spinning class or can learn how to make your own. Much less boring compared to the treadmill or elliptical and is a kicka** work out.

Agreed. Longer hair gives me the appearance of a narrower face. When I use to cut it short, my face was much rounder. But that's just me. Your face shape make be very flattering with short hair. I would talk to a professional. I'm one of these people that wouldn't cut my own hair to save my life lol
