I've just started again, but i try to leave a bit of a buffer for myself. May be a 100-150 calories or so for incorrect food measurements or incorrect calories burned. Just tracking my food intake at all helps me lose but i typically work out hard, so I feel like i need it. :smile:

Yeah I try to keep up with exercise and only drink 1 night usually. But I also work 1 weekend day as a waitress for a breakfast diner and don't factor in the calories I burn there, so I feel that gives me some breathing room.

Baked ziti with italian sausage and green beans. Pasta is veggie-based and pasta sauce has a full serving of veggies in a 1/2 cup. Not prefect, but tasty and filling

I also recommend a trainer if your gym offers it and you can afford it. Books are good to tell you different routines, but nobody will be there to correct your form which is key anyway. Or you can always ask someone there. A lot of people are willing to help or demonstrate you need to do.

OMG THIS^^^ There is the one women who comes into my gym at night with prefect long blond hair, stands around and gossips, does the slow slow walking and sheds her hair on everything. Drives me insane. Your pretty, we get it. I happen to think I'm pretty and I still get sweaty. lol

NSV- My trainer was so pumped about my awesome workout today, he rearranged his schedule to fit in an extra session with me on Friday :)

It's terrible, but I don't want anyone to compare me to my high school pictures and say how much weight I've gained (you know how much people do that). Also my new boyfriend makes me feel sexier than I am, so I want the outside to reflect the inside. :)

I another notch in my belt this morning and it isn't uncomfortable. I also forced myself to go running this morning when I wanted to sleep another hour and I'll force myself to the gym for strength training after work :)

This. I had acne in high school (not due to wearing makeup) and made me uncomfortable to go out of the house without it. I usually have to have foundation or powder and mascara, but most days I wear bronzer, eyeshadow, and liner too. It only takes me 5 minutes in the morning, so it isn't a big hassle for me.
