                    I'm stuck at home today, feeling a bit sorry for myself... Just had a portion of the liver and onions that I made last night, with some extra onion and passata added, and half a jacket spud. Very tasty and warming!

            Leftover roasted garlic soup w/ croutons, and a grilled cheese sandwich. However, I still have a few hours until lunch time.0

            Day old pizza slice that I was too busy to eat yesterday0

            2 turkey, onion, tomato & spicy mustard sandwiches on romaine leaves, red grapes, kay's natural's cinnamon protein pretzels, cottage cheese w/ almonds, and smoked string cheese0

            Leftover dinner. Salmon fillet, some rice with vegetables and some steamed broccoli.0

            Two steak tacos in corn tortillas with cilantro and onion from a local tacqueria!0

            Fell off the wagon, went to RHS Wisley, into pub for fish & chips + pint of cider :drinker:
 I think my choice was tastier, but maybe not wise, although the liver & onions sounds very nice0

            I had a banana already for lunch. Might add a small salad with turkey. I'm planning rigatoni tonight. Its a rare treat and I needs to save cals!0

            Baked ziti with italian sausage and green beans. Pasta is veggie-based and pasta sauce has a full serving of veggies in a 1/2 cup. Not prefect, but tasty and filling0

            Ham and pepper jack with a huge handful of greens on a multi-grain wrap.0

            a small leftover portion of my homeade mac n cheese and 2oz of turkey.0

            1 can of tuna with mayo and a nice plate of salad.0

 For me it's mixed greens salad with black olives and grilled chicken breast sandwich.0

            1/2 LB of Steamed shrimp and 1 cup of steamed broccoli and vanilla greek yogurt with fresh rasberries for dessert0
