Yea, I understand! 3 mo is long enough! I'm starting to develope workout ADD myself, but really wanna keep going to get the full benefit of the program. :)

I've asked this question before and it seems knowone has the the Lean for Life phase. But I do plan to do it so I'll post my results here and let you know what I think of it! I'm have two more weeks of Lean phase before I start tho :-)

Me too!!Lol I can't stand Stretch 40...yes very boring!! I love that website Sorey Fitness! I was on there when I was looking for a TF/CLX Hybrid cause I did'nt like Beach body's schedule. Stretch 40 is too boring for me, never made it past 15-20 min lol. [/quote]

I just ordered Piyo too! I was on the Beach Body website saw a CLX/Piyo Hybrid but was really surprised not to see a Turbo Fire/Piyo Hybrid!? (unless I over looked it) I think those two programs would go great together!

Update: Second month of CLX completed (Lean Phase) Lost 8lbs this month for a total of 20lb on this program. Lost 1 inch on my hips, waist and thighs, 1 1/2 on my chest, and 1/2 inch off my arms, for a toal of 5 inches this month.(11 inches total on the program) Next stop Lean Phase!

Starting Lean Phase this week!! :smile: I previewed it last night and it looks hard Lol :noway: but i'm still excited cause I heard the results from Lean phase are usually great. Is anyone going to do Lean for life or has done it?

However, I'm doing CLX 's circuits 3x a week ( No CLX Cardio cause I don't like it LOL) and two Turbo Fire HIIT classes and one regular class (either Fire 30 or Fire 45 or EZ 55) a week. Thank you Dym123, you gave me a good idea of what to expect and I diffinetly want to try it. I dont like the sculpt workouts either, I get more out of using weights too. However; I do like Core 20 though, that a pretty good core and total body worlout.

I hated CLX's cardio workout because I did Turbo Fire program first and it is so fast pace I couldnt stand the slower pace of CLX's cardio workout. Yeah, today starts my third week of Burn Curcuit. I'm holding up pretty well, I really love the program! Right now im lifting at maxium 15lbs, i'm trying to get the courage to go up to 20lbs...But those suckers are HEAVY!! I'm excited to see what the next phase of the program is like!

Second month of TurboFire under my belt and I have lost seven pounds this month, Twelve pounds in all. Lost another two inches on my waist and chest, and one inch on the rest of my body. Body fat went down another 1.5 precent.

Hi Melani, Im end week 5 of Turbo Fire. I love it! The first month I only lost 5lbs abd 2% body fat though. I'm trying very hard to double those results for next month.
