Last month marked six months on my weight loss journey. I've lost 40 pounds so far, and I have 60lbs to go. I started with Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme, now doing Les Mills Combat and Tapout XT. But I plan to return to CLX this coming spring/summer.

Oh...and Combat nutrition plan is awesome! I get to eat (clean food of coarse) 1800 calories. MFP only gives me 1210 cal and weight loss has been slow with that. So I'm excited to eat more! Yay! Was this workout Harder then the regular Piyo Core? I think I'm going to try this one this weekend cause core wasn't challenging enough for me. Oh...and thanks for giving reviews on all the workouts, I'm finding them informative and helpful. :wink:

Ok, I'm offically done Lean Phase now and starting Lean for life phase today! I'm going to do it for three wks, 1st wk: Burn 1, Push 1, Lean1. Sec wk Burn 2, Push 2, Lean 2.....and so on.
