Bump I want to know this, too. I was using GNC Women's ultra active vitapak, but I want something that doesn't include too many pills to take. I got tired of taking 7 pills daily. :(

Yeah I had the same problem. I found the entire Ripped in 30 weeks 1-4 on youtube, though. So, I've started doing that instead. I actually like it a lot better.

I came onto this thread because I'm thinking out starting Insanity. Then you said that bit about your friend. If she's looking for a way to stop a pregnancy, might I recommend an abortion? If it isn't too late. It seems like she is trying to end her pregnancy or does not care about her unborn child.

How to make water seem good to drink. - Start drinking a something really nasty everyday instead of water or soda. When you start drinking water instead of that nasty stuff, it'll be a relief for you. Try something yucky like tomato juice or unsweetened tea. >:P

I'm not sure but I think I'm 170lbs (probably less, now). I don't have a scale. I think I'm 5'7'' or 5'6''. My goal is to lose 50lbs, but I'm more interested in losing inches. Eventually, I want to fit my old pants ranging from size 7 to 00.

Hi, I looked again at how long I've been doing 30DS and I'm on day 7 today. My legs also hurt when doing it. My abs barely felt anything also, but I added in more cardio/abs with a few circuits of Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism or with her 6 week 6 pack abs level 1.
