I usually buy from Costco: Bag of salad $2.09 24 Eggs $6.99 Bag of salad lasts me about 3-4 days. Eggs last me about a week or two. It's really cheap, but will get boring real fast.

Don't get discouraged if you go up a week, it just means you have to adjust for the current week :). That's why I recommend weighing in every week to my friends.

Healthcare professional here: Look at your urine color, if it's yellow or dark yellow, you're probably not getting enough water. If it's clear, you're drinking too much. It should be slightly tinted, not completely clear.

Torani makes a sugar free syrup, you can add it to your coffee. Hazelnut is good. I think it's zero calories, it uses Splenda.

Here's my regimen. 1600 calories max, low carb, high fat, sometimes low fat too. There will be cheat days, but I'll try to keep those infrequent. Work out routine, 5x5 with separate days, Tricep/Chest, Bicep/Back, Legs/Abs. Anyone can do it :)

If you go to a grocery store, look at the nutritional information on bread, I think the 2nd or 3rd ingredient is sugar. Also, opt for the non-fat free dressing (yes, this is not a typo). Fat free dressing ends up usually having more carbs in order to create the viscosity that is dressing.

I always opt for anything low-carb, skip the fries etc if I can. I try not to eat fast food.
