Hey everyone, this is the first week weigh in. i actually injured myself and haven't been doing so well, so I have no change in my weight. If anything, I probably gained 5 lbs, I'm not too worried about it, as I'd rather recover than exacerbate it :) SW: 229.5 lbs Loss this week: 0 lbs CW: 229.5 lbs
