I remove myself from the situation, go outside and sit down in my garden with a blanket for a while or just go into my bedroom (which is a food-free place). I've been bingeing as long as I can remember, but I recently started compensating for the binges by fasting, over-exercising and restricting. I'm now trying to recover from bulimia, non-purge subtype. Feel free to add =)

I find that if I start the day by exercising, I don't binge. Also it helps to have some flavored drink with you all the time =)
