I am going to join this group. I just started back on the 30DS and I know it works because my best friend lost over 100 lbs and my cousin lost 50 lbs. It can be done. Going to Shred it up!!!!!

Hey, I am so inspired by your story. I just started about a month ago. I started at 257 and I'm at 253 now. I am watching what I eat and going to start walking. So how long did it take you to see results? I know it's not a fast thing. But I just want to lose it and stay there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I had it at 1 lb per week. But I changed it tonight to 2 lbs a week. So that lowered my calories to 1500. So does that sound right?
