Count me in! I use my exercise bike....so it'll all be inside. I always go for 25 minutes, so that'll be the easiest thing to log. Since I'm just joining, I'm going to say count me in for 4 days a week.....Hopefully I'll do more but I tend to slack off & get lazy. Maybe this will get me motivated!

You are almost exactly where I started approx. 8 months ago. I am 5'3 & weighed 255 when I started. I log everything, watch my portions, & drink lots of water. I also bought an exercise bike that I try to use at least 5 days a week for 25 minutes. I started off a lot slower & built up. There's no secret to this weight loss…

My knees didn't like these......I tried the standing up variety & after 10 my knees were grinding. I hit 40 & my knee popped & started aching. I will not be completng this challenge. :sad:
