  • I've never taken it, but a good friend of mine has been on it for about a year. She says it helps with her migrains and she's lost about 60 lbs. But, it's a med, so it effects everybody differently. Just listen to what your body is telling you.
  • I am on day 10 of no smoking, the first few days were the worst and I was eating everything in sight. I found what worked for me were life saver mints. They also come in sugar free which helps with sugar intake. Everybody has advice to give, but only you can figure out calms your cravings.

  • I've always dieted before for vanity issues and it never lasted. This time it's for health issues. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and underwent surgery to have it removed, I don't have to do any chemo or radiation but it was scary enough to think about it to make me think about what I'm putting in my body everyday.
  • I go to arapahoe community college. I love it because they are really flexible with schedules and I need a flexible schedule due to work and being a mom.
  • I'm 24, I'm married, I've been with my husband sine the 6th grade. I have one daughter who is 7. I started my family early in life and am now trying to finish that part of life by finishing school. Just looking to help me and my families life healthier.
  • Thanks for all the advice, I have been taking into many proteins and to many carbs according to MFP. I will try to keep my carbs lower and see if that helps, thanks.
