Happy ramadan I'm 162 lbs now hoping to lose weight in ramadan insh shaa Allah will get back to you after eid. Please share some tips or healthy foods which keep us fuller over a day while fasting.

I'm in Pakistan. I'm fasting too. Here in Pakistan we have fast around 17 hours. i don't feel hungry buy thirsty sometimes. I'm eating around 1700 calories. I'm planning to lose around 10 LBS in ramadan otherwise its very hard for me to strict on diet also doing half and hour brisk walk with 30 day shred :)

and the only stress in my life is that im not losing anymre and im getting married after 12 months and still need to lose 35 lbs

Actually i recently finished my power 90 workout so thought im building muscles. Well im eating 1400 cal and doing 30 day shred and 3 hours walking dog 7 days in a week still struggling

Yeah you are right im noticing cloths fitting better but scale not moving also not losing inches whats the problem?

im affraid because im not losing weight from the last 25 days when in beginning i lost 14 lbs just in 15 days now im stuck not losing anything

im thinking about to increase my cal intake into 1600 because im really not losing anything from the last 25 days :(

Thank you, everyone, for all your lovely replies! very helpful indeed I will eat my deficit calories hope it will help also i know weight training wont burn lots of calories but i have flabby arms those make me to look more bigger so i will stick with my weight training session also i will try to do some cardio to burn…

I am also loosing inches and gained weight because i am lifting heavy i am still happy and satisfied because i know the reason :)
