Here's what I do for breakfast. I make a black cup of coffee (or stop and pick one up) and then mix a scoop of vanilla protein powder in. Thanks everyone for your feedback! I know how to lift properly but I didn't know "how" to start with a routine. I'm sure a routine for me at 41 is different than one in my 20's. If nothing else, dietary needs are different. I will look into strong fits 5x5 as well.

Most, if not all, of my carbs come from fruits/veggies. I never eat any fruit past 3:00PM so that my body can process the sugars.

From now on just eat the egg whites. That will cut down on a lot of the fat as well. Not that there's a lot there.
