  • Thanks for all the advice! Im gonna leave it for once a week in the mornings rather than every second day and try not to obsess about the numbers in the long run :)
  • No medical reason, just think its time to lose weight. To be honest I'm not that clued up on what diets work and don't (as you can prob tell :p ). I've already cut down on the carbs a lot in 3 days so will try and keep that up. Really finding the app helpful though!
