Awesome. Completed another challenge for this week. 10-5: added one hour of zumba and 50 mins to my cardio. In addition to that summed everything up with the extra elliptical trainer workouts here and there along with walks. Yay. So happy! I did it!

Yay! Went to the cycling class and burnt my one hour and over 800 calories. Over 20 miles accomplished.

10-2: two hours and ten minutes down. Two hours and fifty mins to go. Not hard to do at all.

I did the stairmaster for 20 mins today and stolled my two boys for 50 mins. That felt good. It doesn't stop right there. I plan on attending a cycling class later this evening. Should burn me at least 700 cals and about 20 or more miles.

Hello! My goal for an every week's agenda is to do at least three times a week of cycling class. I have been having problems losing my stomach fat. I want to be toned in the ab areas, thighs, and buttocks. I noticed that cycling has done a lot of good things for me with that.

I have not seen any lbs dropped since my last weigh in and many weeks before that, but I have noticed that I did toned a little on my arms and thighs. More to come.

Happy Friday! My weigh in weight as of today is 150.0. I hope to lose more soon. I have been at the gym four to six days a week. Mainly attending the classes. Cycling and zumba are my most attended. Good luck to everyone!

Good morning everyone. I was 149.5 about a few days ago, and I have been eating and exercising right. However, woke up this morning to weigh and I am at 150. I know I must not be gaining fat, but it must be the muscle or something. Hope next week I will see a more losing result. Good luck!

9/27: Walk-about 3 miles or so. Cycling class: 20-30 miles (according to trainer and istructors). A total of two classes so far and one more to go. I have another cycling class to attend this Sat. Overall, I went over my 20 miles for this week's challenge. Yay! On top of my game!!!

Thx Shauna for the site. I took a look at it and it was a great site. I saw a lot of calculating for the calories, but I need to find the miles. I will check it out again. If not, I will have to go to the gym and try the cycling outside and time it there. Thx a lot!
