Wow the last 3 days were a whitewash, but the 21st party and the 3rd birthday party of 2 of my 4 kids are done now :-) No more excuses. Goals for day 7: Walk 8 km (Achieved!) Stay within 1200 calories Drink 2L water Happy days everyone and gl with your personal goals :-) I know you can all do it :-)
