Cauliflower, of course. But not really. I cook mine very well done drain it and mash with a little Laughing Cow cheese & salt, and I'm good to go. I do let mine dry out over the heat before I mash it otherwise it seems too moist for me. You can use any seasoning you prefer.

I agree on keeping it simple. You know your body better than anyone. Keep doing your routine, and when it stops working (no inches or weight loss), change the routine to another simple routine. With all of this aerobic exercise your trainer is planning for you, how about doing some strength training two days a week. Then have an off day to rest. Basically, simple carbs. Everytime I eat white bread, potatos, rice, sugar, anything made from white flour, I'll gain anywhere from 1 to 2 pounds the next day. So, I kind of gave them up. I will only eat them maybe twice a week, and in much smaller servings. I've found that I don't crave them anymore, so it isn't that hard.

I've tried their barbeque sauce, both the regular and bold flavors. Loved both of them. Can't find them in our local stores anymore.
