I am trying low carb too. I just adjusted carb % to the goal I am trying to reach. I am being more successful with low carb than the years of low calorie/fat! There are a few low carb groups on here too. What are you having for sweets? That has been my hardest part!!

I also have mindifi on my phone. Sometimes I listen to it at night. I wondered if it was working or if I was just falling asleep and waking up when the "music" started playing without any talking. I was hoping you had a reply too since I have more problems staying asleep since I have been working out more. Mine could be contributed to other factors as well. At least the last week when I was asleep, I feel it was a good sleep despite waking up about every 2 hours!
