you don't have to have a press to make a paninis, you can place the sandwich in a skillet, put a plate on top of it with a can of vegetables or soup on top to press the sandwich.

I eat fruit, 100 calorie bag popcorn with butter spray, and my fav is a smoothie with frozen fruit, a little milk, and a couple tablespoons of yogurt and splenda of course.

Maybe you could do 2 200 calorie snacks a day? I'm sorry I can't give you anymore suggestions, my snacks are all low calorie, but like i said maybe you could do one mid morning one in the afternoon or whatever works for you, i wish you well, take care

I agree 2 cookies is not bad. How I curb my sweet cravings is allowing myself to have a small fruit smoothie, with frozen fruit, a little milk, about 4 tablespoons of greek yogurt and 2 spendas, it really helps me, but please don't beat yourself up over 2 cookies, it really is not that bad.

In the standing up pictures I can definitely tell in your stomach, keep up the good work!!!

At meals I eat about 1/2 of what I used to eat and I have cut my daily grazing down to 1 snack a day.
