Sounds like a great idea for little individual pizzas.
Now this might be a silly question but...what kind of protein powder (whey, soy, etc.) works well for these or is any kind good? I've never bought the stuff before because there's too many choices @_@0 -

I used whey, other posters have used soy. I don't think it matters unless you are using the kind that is powdered egg white protein - then it would just be all egg.0
