  • My diary is open too. I'm not a good eater though... prob my 1st problem! ha! I've been eating a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter in the am. If I don't have time or don't feel like eating I at least try to have a glass of orange/grapefruit juice. I had lunch for breakfast today because I woke up starving!

  • Keep on going girl! From what I've heard the first 3 weeks the weight comes off in larger amounts then comes off in smaller amounts after. Everyone's right... you're prob retaining water which will balance out in a day or two then you'll show your weight loss. Stay positive & keep on going!
  • Same for me. I don't actually know MFP friends either. I'm looking for friends too for encouragement & comments. This site is great but I agree, it's hard to keep motivated when you're on your own. I have 3 friends but only 1 is still active. I'd welcome some new friends too!
